Purpose & Passion

Mental Health is like the English language - it requires time, making mistakes, learning with encouragement from us to develop. We don't stop using the English language after we've learnt it. It's embedded in our everyday life.

Occasionally, we come across a new word & we either ask a friend or google the meaning. In that moment, we've progressed & got better at it - the same principles apply to Mental Health!

At Ready Mind we believe one of the best things you & your organisation can do is implement a comprehensive well being strategy. Employees are the heart of every organisation, and their wellbeing directly impacts your success.

A structured, inclusive, and actionable Mental Health Strategy is essential for a thriving community & workplace. A place where you are proud to be apart of it & where people around you value what you bring to the table.

Ticking a box or displaying performative Mental Health Strategies is not sustainable - it leads to presenteeism, absenteeism & poor working cultures. Doing nothing leads to bad outcomes. Would you be productive if management showed no care or actively harmed your Mental Health?

At Ready Mind Training our tailored consultancy service is specifically designed to guide you through this process. With specialist advice, practical blueprints, and a (really) good facilitator - we help you make long lasting changes that positively impact your workplace, community & relationships!

With a demonstrated history working across multiple industries including: Accounting, Aged Care, Business Advisory Services, Child Care, Correctional Facilities, Education, Government Departments, Healthcare, Legal Firms, Nationwide Corporations, NFPs, Community Organisations, Real Estate, & Small Businesses.

We greatly look forward to working with you!
